3rd Grade!!!

So the last day of school last year I was asked to move from 1st to 3rd grade. I am very nervous about this jump especially with it being a testing grade and I teach in FL so we don't really know what the test will be like. Also, we are getting a new reading series... WONDERS and it looks like it is really going to challenge the students which I think they will need but parents will not be use to that. So this summer I have been trying so hard to spend time with my little one and go to trainings to learn about this new seires. I have started to make things for the series if you want to check them out ;)

Coming back!!!!

I am coming back to my blog After having a baby it was so hard to juggle everything but I am going to try to come back to my blog. I have missed it so much.. I will also be moving to 3rd grade so I am so nervous as well.. :)

19 more days!!

We have 19 more days of school..... It is bitter sweet... At the end of the school year I always feel like I have no time to do end of the year crafts.. I want to do Mother's Day crafts and End of the Year Book, and we always do a water day :) Can't wait to post pictures.. What are your plans for the end of the year.........

I have not forgotten about you......

WOW... I can't believe its been a year. A lot has been going on... I got pregnant and had a baby in Nov so I have not been able to post and I created a new Family blog so my classroom blog has been on the back burners but I AM BACK!!!!!!

What a crazy year it has been.. Was out on maternity leave for 3 months and then had to come back and get my kids in high gear......

Our District is adopting a new reading program called Wonders..... any teacher out there every used it? What are your thoughts with it?????
